Us
The purpose of this corporation is to:
Preserve
and promote a unique quality of life commonly referred to by the
Hawaiian Community as the Aloha Spirit and Hawaiiana; which is to
accept all individuals who embrace the Hawaiian culture regardless
of their physical appearance, sexual preference, race or religion.
And to share our Aloha (love, affection, lineage, and traditional
Hawaiian lifestyle) with them.
Provide
opportunities that will enhance the culture, history, folklore,
art, music, dance and life-style of the Hawaiian people and those
"Hawaiian at Heart", and to practice those ideals and principles
by developing programs that are focused on improving the overall
educational growth of our people and the community in which we live.
Provide
opportunities for its members to learn and practice all facets of
the Hawaiian culture through the sponsoring of Hawaiian cultural
events and activities.
Provide
educational and scholarship programs for its members and Hawaiian
youth, and Actively pursue funding, resources and services through
appropriate governmental and private entities to assist the Hawaiian
community with addressing its cultural, socio-economic, educational,
employment and health needs.
